REXX5000 thismeter is very accurate when it has fresh batteries in it, but gives slightly wrong readings when the batteries get low. |(around 30 mV) so my advise is to replace the batteries when you see the low battery indicator on the the screen just to be on the safe side. hope this helps anyone who has one of these meters, because of of this small flaw its a good meter. (but its not an oscilloscope, it just lets you see an AC wave form

REXX5000 Yes you can use this to build one. But my a advice is to build one from scratch learn from YouTube how to do this and you will be able to make a much better one. if you don't know electronics then of course you can use one of these modules as a taser enjoy.
