I get to use it for about 3 hours then it just shuts off. I have to re-install the firmware every time. These should run for EVER. Had many people check it out and it is the product. Comes with NOTHING but what you see in the picture and 0 support. I'm just out $21.99. Won't be making that mistake again. Advice is go buy a name brand hotspot, totally worth it.
