The device works as stated. I tested it with a few power banks and usb wall chargers and compared it to various other usb loads I own. Voltage triggering works perfectly, as does power setting. Setting load in Amps is pretty accurate, it can set loads under 0.1A to well over 3A (the highest that's currently useful to me). Adjusting the load can be a bit tedious and take quite some time turning the pot if you want to go all the way from 0.1A to 3A+, that's the downside of the accurate load setting.

The device works as stated. Great for test quality of cables and chargers. more info in the photos.
