2 stars for the panel one extra star for the sale price. Output of the panel is 5W at best in direct sunlight 90 degree to the panel+white cardboard as reflector at the bottom. Without reflector 4W output. panel came with dents in two palces, the cable is almost pulled out of that black box under panel. Charging 12V big battery at 13.8V@0.33A.

In sufficient sunlight, although 300 Watt is guaranteed, I did not get more than 0,01Volts at the output (not USB, but at the car battery) and in the load (12V/10W bulb) 0,06 Amper.
