excellent product. I completely stopped using my old vacuum. I have a dog in the house and this stick really make a big difference. However, there is nowhere a tech support contact mail for parts.

Nice product, I love it. Maybe the only problem is with it, that it doesn't any have flexible tube, so I can't clean with it under the bed or under a car seat, because of the small space.
