It did sort of fly the first day. There was one wire with an extra bend on it that needed to be cut off with diagonal cutters. Wires kept slipping out of place as I worked on it further. I found the double sticky tape assembly fastening harder than gluing. There was no rubber band in the package. It is very pretty.
