They are too tiny or powerful to really achieve muscle as the model shown. Using AAA battery what I used once and tested, I can feel kinda needle pulse poking (which are painless). this equipment is more for aching and soothing your tiredness away. To achieve muscle pack... it is better to hit the gym! The part for your abdominal does not stick well as advertised on the page site. the size is more like A5 bigger. Once you stick it, u have to been gentle and slow motion or it will dropped. It will stick to your skin if u just lie on the bed or sit in a chair and not moving for 12 mins. Overall, the product (before using) does not look cheapskate. Not what i bought it for, but good enough when I am aching on the shoulders or neck.
