Great panel, open circuit tested out of box on hazy day @ 20.45v and then load tested it with 12v outo bulb and it burned bright and hot (burned the fingers holding it) and load tested @ 19.79v. Not bad for hazy day. Bad packaging though, need thicker cardboard box as it got tore on way here. But great value and looking forward to the instal and use.

Arrived in perfect condition. Initial test shows exactly 21.06 Volts open circuit in June late afternoon sun in Portland, Oregon.
