I bought this for ~16.3USD and it arrived in around 3 weeks time. Though the packaging wasn't great it still got here without any noticeable damage. I used it with the CarScanner app and all the functions work well with a quick response time. I chose the BT3.0 version which is the faster interface compared to BLE. The ELM327 Identifier app showed that this adaptor supported all the ELM327 commands upto v2.3 . Overall I'm very satisfied with this one.
