Ordered in promo for UK delivery from UK Warehouse. Arrived within 48 hours! Great. It's shrink wrapped when it arrives and looks as though it's no good until you break the seal pull it out and the air gets to it. It does puff up although to be fair, perhaps not as much as in the listing. It is fairly comfortable and I was pleased to see zips on the cover which I assume means I can remove for washing and in time to add extra stuffing I'd I decide I want more, or if the factory stuffing ever becomes flat. A nice final touch to finish off one of these chairs. I'd like to see it for a little less that full, but it's an addition to a chair that's not a cheap item, so I get it.
