I have now brought four of these Lishi key decoders, they seem to work well it's a pity so many different keyways are needed which in turn makes a reasonably priced tool somewhat costly to cover a needed range! However I must say its simplicity to use and so long as you're using the right format works every time 👍

KW5 and SC4 - Seem legit and high quality. They work better than single pin picking than anything I've used before. The shipping was extremely fast, which I wasn't expecting - less than 10 days. I imagine they came from the US rather than CN but don't know. Highly recommend these.
