To alter the voltage output requires the exchange of a surface mount resistor which is very tiny. The unit received indicated 12volt output but in fact measured half that. To adjust the output needs a very steady hand with a suitably designed soldering iron and a keen eye to remove the original resistor and replace with the required value. If adjustment is further required - lifting of the track could easily occur. A trimpot should have ideally been part of the design.
