Does not fit a normal size elbow. Perhaps suited for a skinny girl,but absolutely not an adult male. I also managed to tear the material slightly while forcing it in place. i guess I should have read the reviews.

This elbow strap was advertised as unisize, but if I try to put it on I have less then 2cm of Velcro left and so I am unable to close it... Also the cushioning part only goes half way around my arm It is way to small maybe good for kids or skinny girls, but I am an average arm guy and there is absolutely no fit here! It also looks way different then the one advertised in the pictures
