BG135644255 Youneed to connect it to GND, 5V and TX1 pins on the flight board. These pins must correspond to the GND, 5V and RX (IBUS) pins in the B-VCC section on the receiver. Enable the "ports-uart1-serial rx" option in Betaflight. Then "Serial via Uart" and IBUS will be selected in the receiver section. This much.

BG135644255 Yes,altitude can be maintained by connecting a barometer and compass to the SDA-SCL pins with a quality GPS, but it is not possible to make this flight card like DJI. It requires quality hardware and minimal vibration. If you want to hold the position you should use inav but I know there is no gyroscope support (for INAV) for this FC. Still you should try.
