Seems sturdy ,not heavy weight , has many functions and utilities (like battery evaluation,burst and lockout function etc)and strong berm The lockout function works (after about 10 sec pressing,not 6) but no blue light indicator shows up in the battery power meter window according the manual.There is no way to communicate with the company,so there is no warranty. Other else works fine at least my first day of purchase.

PROS: -3 colors: Cool white spot, warm white flood, red spot. -The red is great for camping or other night activities where you want to avoid annoying others and attracting bugs. Red also drains the battery much less. -Dimming! You can hold the buttons to dim as much as you want! -You can tap the right side to quickly toggle between dim/bright. You don't actually have to press, you could even "swipe" against it with the back of your hand while wearing a glove and it will still work! -Lockout! Hold either button for 6 seconds and it will lock and stay off until you hold for another 6 seconds. Great for saving the battery when placed in a bag. -Flashing mode for red or warm white flood. -Takes AAA batteries, which are cheap and commonly available. -Supposedly water resistant. -Comes with three seemingly non-counterfeit Duracell AAAs! CONS: -The quick tap doesn't do anything until you've already activated dimming. Tapping should just switch to dim by default! This is a big flaw and an easy fix for the designers. -Dimming level is lost after a change to another color or the lamp is turned off. -The flashing modes are activated with a double tap, thus if you want to switch between cool white spot and warm white flood, you have to be careful and do it slowly or else you get the annoying flashing mode.
