Partnership programs

How can I cancel an order?

If your customer wants to cancel an order within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed, he or she will be eligible for a full refund. It is still possible to cancel an order after 24 hours but only until when it has been shipped.

If an order has been shipped, we can not cancel or modify it anymore. It will have to be returned to us once your customer received it. We will only be able to issue a partial refund covering the price of the item(s) minus the shipping fees.

Why can I not see the Drop-ship Center even after joining this program?

Please ensure that you have already logged into your Banggood drop-ship account. If you have recently joined this program, please clear your browser cache and log into your account once again to see if you can find the Drop-ship Center. If the problem is still not solved, please contact us at dropshipping@banggood.com to receive further assistance.

How are customs and import taxes handled?

The customer is responsible for paying all customs charges and import duties. It is important that you find out more about the customs regulations of each country and inform your customers of these charges before placing an order so to avoid unexpected costs.

Please note that it is your responsibility as a Banggood drop-shipper to enquire and inform your customers of the possible import duties and extra charges they may have to pay.

How can I deal with warranties, products or delivery issues?

As a drop-shipper you will act as a customer service representative for your clients and will handle all communications between us and them. Banggood will have no direct contact with your customers.

Please file a claim on behalf of one of your customers by contacting us at dropshipping@banggood.com and send us some photos or a short video illustrating the issue with that item. We will give you a solution within 24-48 hours.

Will Banggood details, price paid or logo appear on my customer's package?

No. We do not write any company information on our parcels. Your customers will not be informed about the price you paid or see our logo anywhere on the package.


Can I list the Bannggood products on other seller platforms like eBay/Amazon/Wish etc.?

The vast majority of the Banggood products can be sold by drop-shippers. However, you can not sell any products by using the Banggood brand name or sell items of specific brands like Eachine, Blitzwolf, Elegiant, ORVIBO, and ZANZEA.

Can I use points or coupons on drop-shipping orders?

Yes, you can redeem drop-shipping coupons on your orders except for some specific coupons.
With regards to points, you can exchange them for a coupon and then redeem it.

What is the eBay API and the Banggood API?

The eBay API includes product management and order management and it is free for all drop-shippers who have an eBay store. Registered drop-shippers can check the video tutorials in their eBay Management Center to see how this works. More useful functions will be added in the near future.

How can I view and manage the stock of some products?

As a drop-shipper, you can check the product inventory in the Drop-ship Center and set up a stock alarm if you need it. Moreover, if you sell products on eBay, you can see and manage the stock of some products by enabling the stock notifcations in the eBay Management Center.

How can I get pictures of products without a watermark?

You will have the permission to use the images and descriptions of our products as shown on our website.
In order to download pictures without a watermark, you can log into your Banggood account and then go to the Drop-ship Download Center in your Drop-ship Center. You can select a category of products you want to show on your store and then click to export the selected category. You will then be able to download two CSV files containing the product images and information.
The document "product_info" is in HTML format and contains the product information. You will need to transfer the information you need by yourself when using the information shown in this document. For what concerns the images, you will need to open the URLs contained in the file "product_images" in your browser to see the images of our products without a watermark.
We recommend you do not copy directly the product descriptions from Banggood. You can edit them to make your listing more unique.

How can I join the Drop-ship Program?

How to join the Banggood Drop-ship Program:

2) Log in and apply here;

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your drop-ship account has been activated successfully.

The discount rate on your first drop-ship orders will be 5%, and this percentage will increase according to your sales amount.

If you want to drop-ship some Banggood products, please ensure that you are abiding by the tax regulations for selling them in other countries.
