The on of power didn't work, or you turned it on and leaving it down was turned of. I discovered the reason why. The plastic battery case, it was not tight enough, so batteries had not good contact to the poles! It was solved using an elastic strip or a celotape. It works so doesn't matter for me. But for other people that they don't have some abilities, you may have complaints.

I just received my lights today and have not had a chance to do more than test it. I like the battery pack and the lights seem to be very effective.
