This Control switch , On/Off +Horn and Possibly Left/Right Signal (other use can be thought of for it ) .It is not fully IP65 ,I would give it IP51 and with the use of (I have used Dielectric Grease + Liquide Rubber ) a few things I have in my Lab I have upgraded the IP rating to satisfactory level ,easily .Look at the picture carefully it is wider at critical location than it looks at a glance . As for it functionality it's ok for my E-Bike and should serve well for many seasons . Looking at the cost versus quality it's fine and if your a tinkerer like me you can improve the weakness it has ,you will be happy with it I believe . I recommend this product .
