Arrived well protected in foam cloth, but still the fins on the big heat sink were slightly bent, causing the big fan mounting to be lose, easy to bend back into place and fix. More a testament to the local postal service than BG. Connected all red wires to +12VDC and all black wires to ground. Soon the large heatsink got warm and the small heatsink got cold, causing some condensation to form on it. So it works. Should keep the cat cool this summer.

The peltier cooling unit is a mess,bottom fan barely connected to the heat sink,heatsink is bent on one endbadly so cannot mount unit,peltier device fan is broken on the frame where the fan wires come out and was not mount to unit at all!!
