I think they were made by the factory and not by the courrier service. As a dispenser it looks really cheap. I mean if you want to put in a nice fancy place or a good restaurant or public place it won't fit. For home use it's more than ok. You have to mixed it and shake good with water - 1 part common liquid soap and 3 parts water - to create

El producto funciona correctamente y es muy bueno, el único detalle es que no se le puede regular la cantidad de espuma y cuenta con un botón táctil de bloqueo o apagado.
