First off, I wouldn't call them spotlights, I actually have flashlights that are brighter, and you can't upgrade a bulb and fix that. The lens, ring, and reflector are all plastic and would likely melt if a decent bulb installed ( my experience with a headlight I bought on ebay I tried to upgrade. The bar and the turn signals and mounting hardware are about all that's really worth anything in this package, and they powder coated over welding slag on the joint of bar to bracket, which somewhere along the line, flaked off. Lucky for me the bracket won't fit anyway, huh? Actually, I could mount it to the handlebar risers, which is what I was thinking, and hang the lights down from it, but one mock up on that proved how ridiculous it would look. The tube is not drilled for wiring, because it's not a tube, it's a solid round bar, by the way. I'd say buyer beware on this, unless you just want to look like you have spots. Might work for running lights, but I wouldn't bet on even that.
