I received a shipment from you with order 112103757, Tracking Number: LD158548822FR with a wall lamp that was very badly damaged. This damage prevents any use of the product. I am sending you attached pictures that document the extent of the damage. The damage to the contents did not appear more serious on the outer packaging. Such a fragile product would deserve better protection in its packaging, considering the conditions that are known during transport. Therefore, I hope that you will grant my request for a full refund of the amount of my payment for the goods.
