Clips are difficult to close and maybe impossible to open without damage. LED is a bit weak but ok.

Chymiferous 1. UM34 is no communication version, UM34C is conmmunication version by bluetooth connection. And UM34C don't have PC software , only have APP for android.

checked in the sun : - voltage (no load) 14.8 V - current (max load) 160 mA so maximum Power could be 2.4W (instead of 5W) anyway it works and it's fine for me

Very small, fits good to pockets. High signal latency, so not best for looking videos (picture/sound not synchroneous). Anyway price ok.
