The product arrived in July 27 but can not be withdrawn because it had been over taxed and had to be made a request for revision of the taxes. Finally, after the tax review was made, it was withdrawn at the post office on 08/23/2017. The packaging is weak for this product, as you can see in the photos, the box came out dented, dirty and scratched, as if it had been dragged or kicked like a soccer ball in the voice box. The thin plastic that surrounds the quad, stuck and damaged in all positions of the engines and the fin of the gps, got to pierce the cardboard of the box inside in all these positions, left marks up to the outside of the cardboard, a shame. If this will affect the operation I still do not know, because I have not tested, but certainly knock and pressure in sensitive posts are not good thing, I just removed it from the box to check if all the contents were inside the box. Disappointed with you, I expected more care and affection and realized that you lack professionalism in your inventory service. O plástico fino que envolve o quad,furado e danificado em todas as posições dos motores e da barbatana do gps,chegou a furar o papelão da caixa por dentro em todas estas posições,deixou marcas até do lado externo do papelão,uma vergonha. Se isso vai afetar o funcionamento ainda não sei,pois não testei,mas certamente pancada e pressão em postos sensíveis não são boa coisa, só retirei da caixa para verificar se todo o conteudo estava dentro da caixa. Decepcionado com voces,esperava mais cuidado e carinho e percebi que falta profissionlaismo em seu serviço de estoque.
