It does work! Goes from 0 rmp to fast but motor sounds like it can receive more voltage to turn full speed but I don´t have 15V power supply at present. Will try using a step-up power converter. Nice for the price.

Wanahard A step-up converter is also a PWM converter (see BG Product ID: 916222 or Product ID: 1087346). Replace the built-in adjustable resistor (10K trimmer) of your converter by a potentiometer and it should be as like as desired.
