Q: Hola he recibido el TvBox con android 7.1.1 y al encender despues de unos segundos la pantalla se me queda en blanco ¿ Me podrían decir donde lo puedo descargar ? Gracias.

BG351738321 creo debería llevar soporte en la página de mecool, ya que no debería pasar eso, en mi caso traba Congrats on Reading This.

Soy cliente desde hace varios años y este es el cuarto y ultimo TvBox (además de otros productos) que compro aquí.El anterior fué un H96Pro + 2Gb 16Gb y me ha durado 10 meses. No enciende ni se puede flashear ni nada por el estilo. He tenido que intertar yo mismo revivirlo y pasar en ello muchísimas horas pues la solución del servicio técnico es que !! ya han pasado 10 meses mucho tiempo ¡¡ Porfavor no se como mo les cae la cara de verguenza decirme que compre otro que los tienen a buen precio.

jesypatri No vuelvo a comprar nada más en esta tienda, llevo varios años siendo cliente pero se ha terminado mi confianza en ellos, responder: "tenemos otros productos a buen precio" en lugar de tratar de arreglar un problema que sin duda es defecto de fábrica escurriendo el bulto de esta manera es imperdonable. Informense bien, hay muchos afectados por este producto de mala calidad. Ojalá los que tengan en stock se los tengan que comer con patatas.
