The seating part is way too big. and the head rest part is way too low. I am 185cm. and the size of the seating is almost too big even for me. it fits me but not as comfortably as it was if it were smaller. My girlfriend is 160cm, and she cannot reach the back rest part. For me, the headrest in the highest position is too low. Lumbar support is too weak, not really useful. As for the chair to spend 8 hours a day, I would rather invest more to buy a more comfortable chair. Oh, and for the retractable thing for the legs... I still could not figure out how to retract it.
