I have been using an other brand warmer. This one warming up very slowly. Around 10 minutes when you can feel it is ok now.. The other complain that it works 1 hour in the first temperature. The full (3 light) is for nothing.. When it is going to be warm, you can go back to charge it again.. Overall I am quite disappointed.. I would choose other brand..

It was a replacement as the originally ordered one wasn't reachable. So that's a bigger brother the S15 .I choose this one, and I have to say I'm happy with this. Lot of hole on it and the size is very comfortable. I was afraid that this will be too big. So I've just tried all the ports and working fine with my devices.

I'm satisfied with this product. For this money I think it's ok. But that's unaccaptable that i can not buy any spare part for this. I requested it on several sellers, and tried to find similar bushes.. no success. It means, that this vacum cleaner will last until the central brush lasts.

Q: Dear Support, My lamp seeem not step back as temperature is growing. In turbo mode I can use it for 15 mins, but that's cannot be touch. Is it the normal opreation? I thought that this will step back to get a normal temperature.

Asked by Zoltán Fejes on 2019-05-26 02:09:26

Danae It can't run for too long in TURBO mode because the flashlight needs time to dissipate heat. Many brands are like this, this is normal
