jolt44 Yes it does come with everything you need to mount it. You will need to use the screws that come with the camera to attach it to the mount but then you can screw the mount to whatever you want with the screws that cam with it.

mysticaldork I used 0703 motors and they fit. I think 0803 have the same bolt pattern so they should fit too.

Samchan It works with 11xx . The install hole is 4 Hole M2 9mm or 3 Hole M2.
