The raise arm to turn screen on does not work. i cannot connect via Bluetooth and hence receiving no notifications. I tried checking for an update but i had the latest version. Any suggestions anybody. The phone I'm attempting to connect to is an LG K7. I'm pretty disappointed as I was so looking forward to this
