I will just say that I am an electrical engineer with many years of experience in wiring on cars and motorcycles. I purchased this camera on the 16th April 2018 and I recieved the camera around the 25th. when fitting to my bike on the 2nd May I plugged in the GPS via the 'Y' adapter lead. The plug was very tight and hard to get into place. This worried me, so instead of keep pushing it in I tried to remove it, this was when the plug came apart in my hands. I have constantly asked for a replacement but Banggood want to reimburse me for the damaged lead and then I have purchase another lead from them, strange!!! I have now sent 6 emails and still they wont send me a simple little piece of cable. The customer service spoils what is a good product its a shame they don't have ratings for the customer service as I would give them a big '0'
