Hello. I ordered an Anran 2KWIFI outdoor camera from you, which I received on Aug. 21. I was only able to try it out today, Aug. 27. It did not turn on when it was taken out of the package. After that, it was charged with the solar cell for 10 hours, but this did not solve the problem either. I hope I wrote my problem in the right place because I have already ordered many products from you, but everything worked so far, I did not have a similar problem. With thanks: Béla Tóth.
