Q: what size is the bolt hole?

Fishfiend I'll answer my own question then .. it's got a 5mm bolt size and a 12mm root ...not a bad blade..reminds me of the turnigy carbon fibre cheapies that were great value, and not too heavy at 180g

Fishfiend The light is double insulated, as indicated by the double squares on the labelling. It doesnt need or require an earth/ground wire

This lamp has no protective earth (ground) wire and two brown wires come out of the housing. In this state you can not connect the lamp. Attached a photo of the lamp i received. A usable lamp needs 3 wires: one yellow - protective earth - wire, one blue - neutral - wire, one brown - single phase - wire.
