I have tried other brands that are a clone and they are no good. You pay a bit more for the Matek but they do work. They are reasonably tough and can handle a fair few crashes.

Don't waste your money. I bought 6 of them. 2 x were faulty and continually reset during flight causing crashes. 2 x were swapped out with the spares were working OK. The final 2 have just failed. An absolute waste of $60.00. And telemetry does not work. Why have a pad for it???? Out of 6 I now only have 2 that work after 2 battery cycles, a heap of fault finding, BLHeli configuration etc. No point complaining to BG because they don't care. They have my money and will do absolutely nothing about it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!

I don't have other brands of battery to compare to but these are working well for me. They are nicely finished. Have a good length flexible lead. I can't comment on their C rating as I haven't taken them past 24C, however their capacity is at least what is rated . I'm finding they take approximately 1400mAh charge when rising from 14.8V to 16.8V. Basically you get to use the full published capacity and still keep your battery in the safe discharge zone. I velcro the balance charger to the front to keep it away from prop strike.

Good strong arms. Handles crashes and cart wheels well. Fits together nicely. Lots of room to fit a 3 layered flight tower with 6mm spacers between each layer. The included PDB is basic but functional if you don't need BEC's. Fairly long centre carriage that gives plenty of scope for all kind of goodies. I'd happily buy another one.

Nicely built. Apparently very noise free. Run the motors smoothly and they don't seem to get too hot. Running DShot1200 (because I can) with no issues.

A good board that has plenty of room. If you just have basic needs or gear that can be powered directly from VCC .However, if you have a bit of gear that requires specific voltages and there is more load than your FC can handle I think the Matek PDB with BEC would be worth the extra few dollars.

Beautifully built and packaged. Well laid out. Solders well. Has plenty of options for connections and the 5/12V BECS are the icing on the cake. My go to PDB.

They make it easier to removing the plug from the charger but, it is questionable as to whether they are value for money. They will not protect the plug from prop strike (which is what i was hoping for).

You can never have enough. Remember that you can easily cut long ones to a shorter length.

A good selection. I tended to use a lot of the 6mm length and have topped those up. Remember that you can simply snip the ends of the screws if you need a shorter length.

I'm a Noob so have little experience with motors. I'm using these with 4S batteries and they certainly have more power than I can handle at the moment. I get about 6 minutes general flying from a 1300mAh battery. The bearings feel a bit gritty. The quality of finish is OK but nothing to get excited about. Reasonable value for money if you are not fussy.

They seem to work OK. Fairly tough. Come with little rubber guards which help with protection during a shiny side down moment.
