Q: can this really achieve a lock torque of 32N-M ? I have tried a number of these but can only achieve hardly 6 n-m

FrankR Battery voltage is nominally 18, but 12000 mAh? No way!. Perhaps as much as 2000-4000mAH

This is a tidy little charger that is very simple and straight forward to use, and charges batteries quickly and well. It runs quite cool when charging, so I would expect it to have a good long service life. I have yet to try the rejuvenation feature, but I have not found any charger at any price where this technology actually works very well, but I expect this charger will be as good as any of it's peers in this mode. Generally speaking, it is exceptionally good value and is a great addition to my maintenance cupboard

This little three in one gadget works perfectly. It very quickly scares dogs away using (inaudible) ultrasonic sound, has a very bright flashlight built in, and a painfully loud audible personal security alarm as well. Absolutely perfect unit for personal security and to top it off, it is very solidly built, but compact enough to easily fit into a pocket or purse. Rechargeable so it requires no batteries. Bangood's price is by far the lowest I have seen these units selling for, being even cheaper than eBay :o)
