rogerlam1 You can plug it in via USB - it works on a computer or on a wall charger. It also come with internal battery. The one thing that is not very good is that if you connect it to a computer, you can't use any of the buttons. It also can't seem to zoom besides the small adjustment for focus and 2x/4x picture taking - which is just digital zoom - you will be better off taking a picture and blowing it up yourself within the computer.
