Q: Does it have metal gear servos?

BG813155416 No but the servos are cheep and break easily. I've broken several while learning to fly. I keep extras on hand. But I haven't broken any in quite a while. Just don't crash and you'll be fine.

BG813155416 Itis there on the X450 page scroll down to links of spare parts (in red letters) It is RM12425-3 Right Front CW Brushless Motor

Hobbyboy This servo comes with a hitec and Jr style connector if you have another type of connector then yes. You could possibly source a extension adaptor or connector adapter.
