Q: Which style RX antenna suits this IPEX antenna best?

Dave anomnidirectional one if you are flying around yourself in park or field and you will be able to go a couple of hundred metres happily on 200mW. Patches are for longer distance only in one direction, some people use both

Q: I purchased this FC by mistake. Is there a way to connect this in another quad? I guess in one image it shows the pinouts but which side goes to RX and which to ESCs?
