Q: Is this tv box google certified?

MrThakur TheTV Box has the pre-installed Android 9.0 OS of the Google, due to this all of google's programs or apps appears to be applicable as they are applicable in any Android Smart phone. However, google's Android 9.0 may not have developed or upgraded keeping in mind of this TV Box, so it does not appear to be google certified in that sense.
