mscheich Please check the powersupply and the connectors. Is the 12V output Voltage available at the plug?

Product seemed great for the first little engraving, Then the laser stopped working although the mechanical parts still worked, just the laser stopped and does not want to continue and the movement is restricted . does not go the full 80mm by 80 mm. Help
