This batterie arrived yesterday and can't be charged the first element is at 1.53 v .I think you have to change it . Tell me what you will do. Regards

I ordered CM 421 but I received the one shown by the attached photo. It has not the same look (components,antenna) and further more there is no indication about binding plug. what can i do ? Regards here are the indications given. SKU315304-20532275 0402-39495-61776 BB-14-04-E2
