Wentelwiek Well, range is not great if there are walls between sensor and bridge... I would not use them for very critical applications in that case. But I have used them successfully on my garden house for some time, to see if I left the door open. Main drawback is that if there is no movement, there is no signal. For more reliability you could switch to Zigbee 3.0 devices instead, like i did (Sonoff also has a Zigbee hub) because they report the signal strength and battery level every hour. I still use the Sonoff RF Motion sensors in my house by the way: They are great, and since there are many movements I always notice when there would be something wrong. But for doors... RF is not my favourite - regardless the brand.
