Frank du brauchst einen zigbee Gateway. ich verwende den zigbee Stick mit dem iobroker. hier kann ich xiomi tuya und alle zigbee Anbieter einbinden egal welche Marke z.b. auch Silvestercrest... die Messefunktion geht übrigens auch. verwende auch den "yzg14"Gateway Schnittstellen "ir" zigbee Bluetooth und WiFi...

I cannot connect this product to my blitzwolf app in either way. Manual is not clear. I asked support team about: Do I have to buy a separate "Tuya ZigBee 3.0 Hub Gateway Smart Home Bridge" to use the measuring functionalities of the BW-SHP15 smart plugs or can I use it only with a smartphone app? They did not give a clear answer. Do I need other hardware for usage or not? Is this a difficult question? I

Frank liegt daran das du ein zigbee Gerät gekauft hast und kein WiFi Gerät. kauf dir ein WiFi zigbee Gateway und du wirst die Steckdose lieben. die Stromaufnahme und die Reichweite sind bei zigbee unschlagbar 0,2w standby und 0,8w geschaltet... die WiFi Geräte liegen deutlich höher.....

Frank 2,4 ghz WiFi is not 2,4 ghz zigbee. the same to 2,4 ghz Bluetooth. you need a zigbee 2,4ghz Gateway to Connect 2,4ghz WiFi Router . the benefit of zigbee is the lower Power consumption and the higher range of the Signal . but the data rate is much lower... but not important for a Plug.... hope you catch the Problem now....

I received product but it is not working properly. I can not pair it with the app. I tried on 2 different router, with 2.4GhZ but no way to connect it and pair with the app, so the socket is unuseles.
