ricardomagagnin Same problem, when I removed the Q1 the output goes to 15V. I really do not know how to solve it.

As noted above, the values of the components are shown on the PC board. This means once a component is installed, you can no longer see the value it is supposed to be. I assembled mine in about two hours, observed the polarity of the components and connected it to a 24Vac supply. Nothing happened. The LED did not light, and the output measures only 0.63 vdc. As these is no paper documentation,
