Q: What is the best receiver/ transmitter combo to use with the servos provided?

DICKFRANKLINhsv Any 4 channel (motor, ailerons, elevator and rudder) receiver and transmitter should be OK. You won't need a lot of range since you probably won't fly more than 200 meters away.

DICKFRANKLINhsv It is the same plane as the JJRC M020, also with plastic gear servos for motor tilt. As noted in other answers, these servos are very likely to strip gears. Mine did that on the first transition from drone to airplane mode. Be prepared to spent another $30+ for 5g metal gear servos, and servos are not easy to replace

Q: does this come with all electronics? ie: servos, motor, flight control board, and any batteries?

DICKFRANKLINhsv It comes with a CD that has an English manual. However, this manual is very hard to understand and wrong about some features.
