Q: Is the "CE" marking on the device, the EU marking, or is it the Cina Export marking?

adamw It's CE=Confirmity European,in China Export mark the middle dash is the same lenght as the top and bottom.In CE it's shorter.However keep in mind that this only manufacturers declaration,not certification.
