The stock screws are notoriously soft and the heads strip easily. If you frequently disassemble and re-assemble then the screw pack is a "must have" item to replace any worn / stripped screw heads. These appear original / stock so I don;t think they offer extra advantage over stock though, so worthwhile to have as spares.
