The package has delivered in 3 weeks. The device is operational. I haven't tried it yet with a car battery. I tried to repair an old UPS battery but it was unsuccessfully.

It is very good. I repared more batteries, and always was very efficiently. For example: Before repair (this was max. V), and after repair+1day.
