This gives a very reasonable 6V out under light load, but 100mA short circuit current is really only possible in extremely high sunlight. less than 10mA in cloudy conditions. But this should do the job for me to float-charge a 3.6V NiCad

Panel is delivered without any extras (wires). Has rather high Voltage 1.8V with low light (artificial ambient light in my room). Measured up to 22mA and 6.7V with artificial light. Looks good for 6V nominal voltage. Negative: Protection foil was rather hard to remove.
