I.m going to give this 3 stars, only because I can fix it to make it accurate. The tool as received has a pointed pivot pin which is machined to .1945" The hole into which it fits is bored to .204". That is a difference of .0095" Doesn't sound like much but ten thousandths of an inch is significant. You may think you are drawing circles, but you are not, you are drawing ellipses. I will fix this by Machining a new pivot pin, or by plugging the hole with a piece of aluminum bar stock and boring to 1 thousandths clearance.
